California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you, if you are a California resident, to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT SUPGPLEMENTAL NOTICE
The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") is intended to apply to personal information collected in the normal course of business. The CCPA defines "Personal information" as information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a consumer or household.

The Personal Information we collect comes directly from you when you inquire about our services via our website or by telephone; from your past employers, from licensing and accreditation governing bodies (where applicable); and from third parties that assist us in providing our services.
How We Use Information
We may use or disclose the Personal Information listed above for one or more of the following purposes, as permitted by CCPA and other applicable law:
- To provide you with information about our services
- To administer the services that we offer, including job placement activities
- To review product performance to evaluate services to be offered
- To engage service providers to assist us in administering and providing our services
- To consult with you or others designated by you, or as allowed by law, regarding your travel and assignment information

Selling your Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information to outside third parties.
